We're seeking someone who can create a daycare- or preschool-style environment at home. Our ideal nanny has a background in early childhood education, daycare, or teaching, and can lead enriching, developmentally appropriate activities that support our child's cognitive, emotional, and physical growth. Each day should feel structured and intentional - full of play-based learning, music, art, stories, outdoor time, and opportunities for discovery. Ideal Candidate: -Mature, dependable, and proactive -Communicative with parents -Warm, engaging, and present throughout the day -Organized, with the ability to plan purposeful activities and routines Requirements: -Prior experience with infants and toddlers -Excellent references -CPR/First Aid certified -Non-smoker -Fully vaccinated (including COVID) -Comfortable around dogs (we have 2!)
