We are a busy family seeking a dependable, nurturing, and flexible childcare provider for our two children ages 1 and 4. This position includes before-school care and occasional on-call support due to our work schedules (one shift worker and one on-call ). Responsibilities Include: Morning care before school/daycare (typically 5:30 a.m. 8:00 AM, weekdays) Light meal prep (breakfast/snack) Dressing and morning routines School/daycare drop-off Occasional on-call coverage (days/times vary based on work schedules) Caring for both children in a safe, engaging, and loving manner Requirements: Experience caring for young children (infant and preschool ages) Reliable transportation and valid drivers license Flexible availability and ability to respond to on
