About the job

I am looking for someone to help watch my daughter in home while I work from home, and occasionally watching her for when I have doctors appointments and date nights with the husband. She has never had a baby sitter so we will need someone willing to slowly transition from being in home to taking her out of the house every now and then. My daughter is amazing and loves people, reading, playing, drawing, singing, dancing. Its only that she has some separation anxiety (age appropriate). But between work and me and my husband, Im needing extra support with her as we dont have family support in the area.
