Franklin, TN family is seeking an outgoing, compassionate, and creative individual to support our fun-loving 15-year-old daughter, who is on the autism spectrum. We're looking for someone who can not only help her grow and thrive but also bring joy and fun into her weekly routine. We are seeking a fun, outgoing individual to support our amazing 15-year-old daughter with autism. Responsibilities include planning engaging weekly activities, helping with homework during the school year, providing occasional respite care, and possibly traveling with our family (all expenses covered + pay). This unique role is flexible part-time with premium pay, or full-time with benefits (health, 401k) if expanded to include admin work at one of our businesses. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and enjoy working with teens.
