Ideal day: wake 8 a.m. Play until 9 a.m. Eat breakfast (yogurt, smoothies, fruit, etc) Play until 11/1130 Bottle 8oz then nap Wake 1230/1 Lunch (hotdog, fruit, spaghetti, etc) Play Bottle and nap usually around 430 Parent arrives home by 5/530
