About the job

Hi we're moving to Swarthmore in June and are looking for who will eventually become a full-time nanny for our family of 3, soon to be 4 once baby girl number two is born in late July. Our toddler is 21 months old and we are also applying to some part time daycares so she receives some socialization. Ideally we would start with someone who is open to fairly flexible hours (need full time for the month before I give birth, then a little more flexible for while I'm on maternity leave, and then full time again -- 40 hours a week guaranteed -- once I go back to work in late October. We're looking for someone with infant and toddler experience, excellent recommendations, CPR/first Aid certifications and with a lot of energy and enthusiasm as well as dependability, accountability and warmth.
