About the job

Were pretty lax parents as in we dont need them on a tight schedule just as long as the older one gets her nap around the same time each day and has access to snacks and has her lunch around the same time. The older one loves to play and show you her toys to involve you in what shes doing and also loves to learn new words. We dont mind screen time as long as its not an all day thing but we understand rainy days may include more screens than other days. Bedtime routine is pretty easy, usually just changing into pj, brush teeth, get some milk and then just play in her room and read a book till bedtime.
