About the job

Meet Ryan & Matt Hi! Were Matt and Ryan, a couple living in the Malvern area. Were excited to welcome our first child in November through surrogacy and are preparing our home for this next big chapter. Matt is a project manager, and Ryan is a nurse who works overnight shifts. Because of our work schedules, were especially looking for support on Mondays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. At home, we enjoy reading, cooking, exploring local shops, and spending time outside. We share our space with a small dog and two affectionate Siamese cats who are used to being around people and love attention. As first-time parents, were looking for someone to help us navigate the caretaking journey with compassion and patience.
