About the job

We are looking for a reliable babysitter to care for our two kids, and dog while I am at work. We are also looking for a babysitter for date nights. About the kids - we currently have a 3-month-old infant - we also have a 5-year-old (hyperactive) About the schedule - June 28th 6:15am-7:15pm, and then July 1st 6:15am-7:15 p.m. - July we would need help twice a week 6:15am-7:15 pm, from the 11th-26th. I might have flexibility with the days I pick to work, since my employer does self scheduling. - In August we would need someone to babysit a few times a month while I am at work, and for an occasional date night. - Starting in late August my older child starts kindergarten, so on days that we are both working we would need someone to help get my daughter on and off the bus and watch them both until I get back from work. I also have the benefit of self scheduling with my job so I can also work around your schedule. Pets - we have a dog who is an Australian Shepard mixed with husky. She is hyperactive and is a young dog. She is a very friendly and sweet dog, that is very gentle. - we have two tabby cats, that are pretty shy but very friendly once they warm up. Children's personalities - our 5-year-old is a very sweet and smart child. She enjoys playing board games, puzzles, arts and crafts and playing outside. She can sometimes act out in a negative way when she is trying to get attention. - our baby is an easy baby, and prefers to be held most the time. What type of babysitter we are looking for - Very Patient - great at multi-tasking - demands respect and has good discipline techniques - Experience with babies is a plus - Expierence working with dogs - Knows how to manage two young children independently Training - I will be more than happy to provide training for the babysitter and a book of information about the children and rules We are really looking for a babysitter who we can treat like family, and the kids can have a good relationship with.
