About the job

I recently had a baby in March and am putting my feelers out there for childcare. I am VERY apprehensive with putting her in childcare. This isnt my first child, but this time around has been very different. My first daughter was very chill and I was back to work once she turned 6 weeks, no issues. However, I already know that wont be the case with my newborn. She will be 3 months in June and is a very active baby already. It seems like she needs constant stimulation and I do a lot of baby wearing I would love for someone to come to my home, but Im also open to home daycare options. I do require references and an interview/meet and greet beforehand. Im located on the North side.
