Part/Full Time Nanny: Looking For A Reliable, Fun/active Nanny To Watch Our 2 Boys, 10 & 11.

We are looking for a reliable and engaging caregiver for two boys, ages 10 and 11 (almost 12). We're looking for full/part-time care Monday-Friday from appx 9am-2 p.m. however times/days may vary d/t our work schedules. We're looking for someone to help our kids with light house chore duties, prepare breakfast/lunch, and provide our kids some supervised fun while we're working. We have tried to allow our kids the freedom of being home alone, however we're finding that not only is this boring for them (not allowed outside, no friends over, etc..) they are spending to much time on the TV/phones/games and not getting daily chores or staying active throughout the day. We'd like someone to be here to help keep our active boys entertained safely, while also promoting and enforcing our rules/daily tasks. Trenton (11) is my outdoorsy boy, he loves hunting and fishing, baseball and football, and loves to keep busy doing fun things! He's typically quiet and likes to be independent but once he gets to know you he'll want to do everything with you! Silas (10) is my little gamer but also loves sports and playing/building new things. He's very talkative and makes friends with everyone so being a good listener but also engaging in conversation is a must!
