About the job

We are a family with 5 kids embarking on a homeschooling journey next year. I am looking for a full-time house manager/mother's helper/assistant teacher, starting early August (but we are flexible with start date for the right candidate!). I am looking for someone to handle my household tasks (laundry, meals, dishes, organizing, errands, etc.) while I focus on homeschooling, but would also like someone to help me keep the kids on schedule and lightly supervise my younger children while I work 1-on-1 with my older kids. Also might occasionally involve supervising some or all kids for short times while I bring a child to an appointment or run an errand. Our ideal schedule would be M-F, 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. with a one hour lunch break, but we are somewhat flexible for the right candidate! Competitive pay based on experience/references.
