About the job

We're seeking a warm, reliable, emotionally intelligent nanny to join our family long-term. Our daughters are 2 and 3. 5 years old. The ideal candidate brings creativity, loves engaging with young children, and wants to grow with a family. We value open communication and a collaborative spirit. Schedule: Full-time MF, with one flexible half-day off (girls are with grandparents). Occasional evening availability for date nights preferred. Responsibilities: Care for two toddlers, prep meals/snacks (often prepped), encourage play and outdoor time, support nap routines, tidy play/living areas, and do one weekly load of kids laundry. Benefits: Fixed weekly pay + 20 paid days off. We look forward to meeting someone who feels like an extension of our family!
