Our oldest daughter (3 years) will be home this summer until preschool starts. So the role will be mainly focused on our 2-year-old son, and twin girls (14 months) but on occasion includes our oldest too. Our family needs someone engaging, proactive, extremely assertive and ready to have fun! Our kids are active and very joyful, but four kids is always a challenge.
