Wonderful family in Columbus looking to hire Rotational Nanny 7 days on, 7 days off (ROTA) - please message if interested + attach resume! Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (starts Tuesdays) Hours: 6:30 AM-7:30 PM, with flexibility for later evenings (up to 9:30-10:30 PM) 2 Kids: 3 and 5 years old Travel: Frequent international travel- Accommodations: Will initially share room with a child, with separate room provided over time Salary: $100-$120K/year - negotiable based on exp Overnight Rate: Provided when applicable Benefits: Paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick leave, yearly bonus Duties: Provide loving, full-time care for two young boys Engage in structured play and activities as outlined by the family Collaborate with household staff (chef, housekeeper, security, teacher) Be comfortable working closely with parents in a team-oriented household This role requires a team player who is flexible, organized, and passionate about supporting the growth and well-being of two young boys (ages 5 & 3). The family travels frequently (including internationally) and maintains a collaborative, fully staffed household.
