First-responder family seeking a reliable, experienced caregiver for our 23-month-old son and 7-month-old daughter in our Eastgate home, starting mid-August. We offer a predictable rotating schedule with flexibility to adjust hours week to week! Care is needed on my husbands shift days, which rotate every three weeks: Week A: Monday & Thursday Week B: Wednesday Week C: Tuesday & Friday (Repeats forever) We also try to schedule one flexible bonus day each week for my husband to recharge - this can vary and is optional based on your availability. I work from home and will be in my downstairs office. Typical hours are 8am-4 p.m. We also have a sweet 11-year-old lab mix. We're an active, outdoorsy family who values play and problem-solving. Starting pay is $22-26/hr+, depending on experience.
