Nanny Share For 2 Kids Needed In Chardon

We are looking to find a nanny to nanny share with local friends of ours in Chardon. We have 1 child who will be 5 months old when we are looking for someone to start nannying. 3 months later local friends of ours would start to part time nanny share with a 3-month-old. There would be a schedule to spend part time at our house with either 1 or both kids and part time at their house with both kids. They are also located in Chardon. Light housework and managing 3 dogs would be required at both houses. We are looking for someone who has experience, CPR/first aid, comfortable around and managing 3 large dogs with the children, and a reliable vehicle (no alternative transportation options available at either house). Pay rate would be adjusted for days with both kids.
