About the job

We are looking for a great nanny to have a long-term relationship with for children in Thornwood starting this fall with the school year and continuing for at least a year, but hopefully long term. Work will include picking up one kid from school in White Plains and and watching him after school either at home or in the community while the parents work. We would prefer someone who could also help out with light housekeeping like laundry or occasional dishes. We can provide a car with car seats if needed. Our kids are 3 (girl) and 4. 5 (boy). They are happy, joyful kids, and very well behaved. They love books, the playground, the library, art, cars, and playing with the toy kitchen. Our daughter will be in local daycare until 6 p.m. so the position is primarily to help with our older son who will be in kindergarten on a shorter school day.
