Total hours will be **45 per week**, guaranteed. * Provide full-time care for our daughter, including feeding and meals, diaper changing, playtime, naps, laundry, and light housekeeping. * **ACTIVELY engage** in **age-appropriate activities** to stimulate her development. We are looking for someone who **will truly play and interact with her**, and foster her learning. * Organize and attend **baby-and-me classes** and help schedule and coordinate **playdates**. * Monitor **developmental milestones** closely and follow parent instructions to ensure peace of mind that our daughter is thriving and safe. * Highly organized, reliable, and punctual. * Comfortable with a same-sex couple.
