Key Responsibilities: Assist the Lead Teacher in creating and delivering a fun and educational curriculum for children. Help maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, loved, and supported. Support students in their daily activities, including circle time, outdoor play, arts and crafts, and snack time. Assist in managing classroom routines and maintaining an organized and clean learning environment. Foster strong relationships with children and communicate regularly with parents and guardians. Encourage the development of fine and gross motor skills, language skills, and positive social behaviors. Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to enhance teaching practices. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus!). Previous experience working with young children, especially in a Pre-K or daycare setting, is preferred but not required. Provide documentation proving U. S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U. S. Consent to a NY State Central Register clearance for child abuse background check.
