About the job

Looking for the right caregiver for our baby boy between 7:30A and 4:30P in our home. Our little guy sticks to a pretty predictable schedule. We'd like you to feed and change him, read books and play with him, supervise lots of tummy time (he's almost ready to crawl), and keep him on a consistent nap schedule. Us: quiet, considerate, relaxed (for the most part; occasional first-child anxiety!), intelligent, having a blast as first-time parents. Interested in evidence-based approaches to child-rearing. One parent working from home, the other working outside of the home. Him: calm, predictable, happy as a clam (teething pains in the afternoon), social, loves our cat more than us. You: kind, engaged and present with baby, reliable, familiar with the changes that occur in the first year and flexible enough to adapt to them.
