We are currently seeking a compassionate, patient, and reliable one-to-one aide to support a bright and loving 7-year-old autistic boy in his home environment. This role is essential to helping him transition from school into his evening routine while providing structured for development. Meet and assist the child off the school bus each weekday afternoon. Support and guide him through his after-school routine in a calm and consistent manner. Aid with potty training, including reminders and assistance with sitting on the toilet at set time intervals. Engage in structured activities such as puzzles, educational games, and play-based learning. Promote and help implement daily routines that support his developmental progress (snack time, hygiene habits, quiet time). Provide consistent and supportive interaction to help w/social growth
