We are a busy family looking for an occasional babysitter/nanny to care for our energetic 15-month-old son. We are also expecting a baby girl in October and are hoping to find someone who could eventually transition into a more regular part-time or permanent role, depending on how well we all connect. What We're Looking For: 1. Someone who is loving, patient, and reliable 2. Experience with toddlers and newborns is a huge plus 3. Flexible and open to occasional hours to start 4. Willing to grow into a longer-term position as our needs evolve About Our Family: - Mom works full-time from home (always in the house) - Dad has a demanding job with long hours - We're currently overwhelmed with day-to-day chores and mainly need help watching our toddler so we can stay on top of things like laundry, dishes, and cleaning
