About the job

Hello! My husband & I are looking for a fluent Spanish speaking nanny to be a part of our family & care for our daughter, who will be 4 mo, starting Aug 2025, M-F, 9am-5 p.m. Some occasional weeknights and/or weekends also if we go out. Overnight domestic travel with us may be required at times. We are based in Harlem. Must like cats. Must be ok with cameras and no screens. We follow a gentle parenting approach, heavily influenced by the Montessori system. We would like our nanny to do the same. Must have 5+ years in newborn/infant care. We are looking for someone who is patient, nurturing, creative, attentive & flexible. Nanny may be asked to: - Do laundry 1-2/week (in-unit W/D) - Vacuum & p/u after baby - Meal prep - Run errands Non-smoker. No perfume wearing. Will ask for references & infant CPR/1st aid. Will do background check & drug test
