About the job

We're seeking a warm, patient caregiver to provide one-on-one care for our baby, nurturing them in a calm, television-free environment. Our approach emphasizes rich language exposure, gentle handling, and respecting our baby's autonomy (like asking permission before handling). The ideal day includes relaxed feeding with eye contact, access to age-appropriate, sensory-rich materials, and help with self-feeding at a low table. We're looking for someone who is responsive to our babys cues, values slow movements, and can listen, support, and provide thoughtful advice. Montessori experience is a plus!
