We are seeking a dedicated nanny for our two girls (almost 3 and 5) for consistent part time (2-3 days weekly; not a summer position) care in our home. The ideal candidate will have their own car (potential for outings) and provide direct and engaging care for our girls. We are looking for someone who will prepare meals and engage with them through reading, fun learning activities, and play. We have nice outdoor spaces and many toys. As we plan to homeschool in the future, experience or willingness to create supportive activities is a plus. Our girls are sweet but, like all toddlers, they are learning and testing boundaries. We need someone who is patient, understands toddler development, and can communicate effectively, using loving boundaries to guide them. Building a strong, positive relationship with our girls is key to this role.
