About the job

We're looking for a new nanny for our 4-year-old son. He's in school full-time (in Chelsea), and we split time between Carroll Gardens (his dad) and Greenpoint (his mom). We need someone who can handle weekday afternoons (3-7pm) with flexibility for later evenings, occasional overnights, and some weekend hours--roughly 30 hrs/week. Someone who is comfortable with subway/cab/Uber logistics, and just as comfortable whipping up a kid-friendly dinner as planning fun afternoon adventures. This includes cooking, meal prep, tidying, laundry and generally full kid-related support. Looking for someone with youthful, fun energy who really engages, plans proactively, communicates clearly, and can keep up with a bright, active kid.
