About the job

I am looking to obtain a job working with my husband however the hours are... early, I have to be there by 6 so I would need to drop off my kids (preferably) because I live with my parents and they don't agree with me working. We have the younger 4 everyday, all 4 will be in half or full time school in September, the older 3 attend school and also are only with me 15/30 days of the month, every other week with a switch off day, so basically I need someone who can watch the younger ones while we are at work, make sure the older 3 get on the bus when I have them, and then at 3:30 ish, the older 3 get off the bus, me and my husband get outta work at 3:30 and will be there ASAP but he's been as last as 3:55 ish so an end time of 4?
