About the job

We are looking for a caring, patient & creative babysitter to help care for our 3 children right in our home. This is a part-time position while 1 parent works from home. Son (11): Energetic & friendly Twin Daughters (8): Kind & sweet. They have special needs-specifically Selective Mutism- are non-verbal in unfamiliar environments. They warm up with consistency & compassion. Responsibilities: Prepare/ serve lunch Engage in crafts & indoor creative play Supervise outdoor play in the yard Maintain a screen-free environment (no tablets) No driving required. All care takes place at our home. Ideal Candidate: Kind, calm, creative and confident around children with special needs Reliable, punctual, & open to working collaboratively with a parent who works from home
