About the job

Hi! My family is looking for help with our 10-month-old baby girl during the day approximately 3 days a week. I work as a pediatric ER nurse overnights and my fiance is a landscaper, so on the days that I work or am in-between shifts and need to sleep we are hoping to obtain some help watching our girl. It would be in our home with days rotating each week based on my nursing schedule. I would be able to provide the days required ahead of time, but they will not be the same every week, so a flexible schedule would be best. Care would most likely be approximately 8 a.m. to 3:30/4 p.m. We do have a dog, she is very friendly with all people, but a little reactive to other dogs, so it is best to avoid interactions with other dogs. We have a lead in the yard for quick let outs. We have never had a nanny before, so we are open to input and questions
