Entertaining 3-year-old is the priority along with light housekeeping, mild meal prep grocery ordering. Mom will be in and out so need to be trusted to be alone with either just the toddler or both the toddler and baby. Planning activities outdoors is a plus. Needs reliable means of transportation car seats will be provided.
