About the job

I am the mother of an 18-month-old boy who is planning to return to work part-time. I am starting a company and need to be available to work two afternoons per week. I am looking for someone comfortable in my home, watching our son while my husband and I both work from our home offices. We also have two 70lbs dogs who are very friendly, so this person should be comfortable around them as well as our 3 cats. Usually, in the afternoons, we do some reading, take walks to the park near our house, explore the backyard, visit the nearby beach and have a snack. I am looking for childcare post-nap until the early evening and if we find the right person then we'd also like occasional date-night coverage.
