We are a two-dad family in Maplewood, NJ looking for a part-time nanny to care for our two school-aged children: a 7-year-old son with ADHD and emotional regulation needs, and a 5-year-old daughter. We're seeking someone who is firm yet kind, provides structure and emotional support, and knows how to keep things fun and engaging. Applicants must be LGBTQ+ friendly and respectful of diverse family structures. This position starts full-time in September, with a paid transition period available in late August alongside our wonderful long-term nanny (who is retiring after many years with our family). Responsibilities: School morning prep and afternoon routines Homework help and behavior support Emotion coaching and consistency with discipline Healthy meal and snack prep for kids Light housekeeping Drive to/from school and activities
