Looking for an experienced nanny, preferably someone that has a love for children Someone who is mature and has a flexible personality and knows how to think ahead. Needs to be very flexible with the schedule and does not have too many activities outside of this role Someone that communicates with the family members. Would appreciate someone that enjoys cooking breakfast and can be creative. Is a good driver and has had zero accidents in the past. Is willing to drive far distances away for kids activities and willing to drive other kids via carpool Needs to be very clean and will keep things tidy in the kitchen. We would like someone that is educated and has graduated from college. And understands that it is important to be on time, consistent with the schedule, and understand that the parents time at work is very important.
