About the job

I'm looking for a great babysitter for 3 children. We just need someone so my husband and I can go on date nights occasionally. One child is special needs (autistic), so has fewer verbal and self care skills than a typical kindergarten age child (e. g. he is not potty trained) . However, he can use words to communicate his wants and feelings in short sentences ("want cookie, go outside, watch tv", etc.) The younger two are very quintessential toddlers who love playing outside. We would provide all meals and snacks during any date nights fully prepared. Most people (relatives and friends) who have watched them in the past have stated they are pretty well behaved, no major defiant behaviors like biting or hitting. However, three kids under six kind of speaks for itself; someone gentle and with plenty of patience and adaptability.
