About the job

We are looking to hire two to three part-time sitters for our 17-year-old autistic son. He's a very active young man who loves to fish, go bowling, ride dirtbikes, swim, enjoys nature, and is very socially motivated. The ideal candidates can keep up with his interests and motivate him to participate in safe and fulfilling activities. His current care team includes his mother, father, brother, and grandmother. REQUIREMENTS: Reliable transportation to his home (may use family's transportation while on the job) Strong communication skills Positive attitude Creativity and flexibility with daily activities IDEAL CANDIDATES: Have at least one year of experience with Applied Behavior Analysis. Lead or actively participate in his work and his play. Enjoys nature. Can hike, bike, and fish. Be willing to bowl, watch trains, or do crafts!
