Seeking a nanny near Winston Salem for 1 child. Hoping you can start immediately! Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. This is more for occasional work but we do have an urgent need for this work. I'm posting this for my wife as she's overwhelmed and needs help
