Seeking a dependable caregiver to be a consistent presence in our toddler's life. Our beloved caregiver is leaving to pursue further education, and we hope to find someone who will continue fostering a loving, structured environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage school and activity pick-up/drop-off (valid drivers license required); model healthy behaviors, prepare nutritious meals, maintain open communication, support key milestones. Compensation determined by experience and (optional) willingness to take on additional household management while the child is at school. Flexibility in start date and schedule is available, with preference for arrival by 7 a.m. Reliability, punctuality and consistency are essential. If you are warm, experienced with toddlers, and familiar with Montessori methods, this could be the perfect fit.
