Our values include allowing our daughter to speak her feelings and needs. We discipline by time outs if needed, but we want our daughter to know that she does have a voice and is able to use it (when appropriate). We do believe in God and would appreciate if that is also incorporated into her care (but not necessary in the hiring process). My daughter loves anything dancing, music, and also she is very inquisitive and loves learning new things. She soaks up anything and everything that is taught to her. She loves sports and loves science projects. She needs help with continuing her education and learning, preparing her for kindergarten in a few years. She also will need patience and help with her emotions and managing and vocalizing what she is feeling and talking through what she wants and needs. We are looking for someone who can help our girl grow and learn. She is such a sponge right now, so we need someone who will continue working with her. Also someone who is very patient and kind and able to manage big emotions from a toddler. My home does have access to parking Our family includes 2 cats. Both fixed females. One (Jubilee) is very shy, but nice. You probably will not see her much. The other, (Shadow) is very personable and will be around you often also very nice.
