We need a child care provider for an 11-year-old neurodivergent boy. Friday & either Mondays or Tuesdays, 9am-2 p.m. Consistency is important. He is extremely verbal, creative & craves independence but requires constant support & guidance. He is brilliant, a ton of fun, very artistic and adores RPG and is a star wars fanatic. We have a LOT of pets, so being an animal lover is non negotiable. You must be willing to be dynamically & completely present with my son while you are at work, no screen use. You must be comfortable engaging him while I am home working or relaxing. He may need support completing chores & with basic life skills during your time together. The ability to provide academic support is an excellent bonus. Deeply compassionate support of neurodiversity & queerness is absolutely essential, as is a mindset of inclusivity.
