About the job

We have twin girls. They are still evolving their habits. We would like them to pickup early learning skills like Montessori style. We would want the provider to be compassionate and balance their growth to be independent while still having proper soothing/if required to be held for secure emotional development. Help establish routines to the extent possible and ensure their feeding, napping and diaper cycles are properly addressed along with evolving activities such as reading to them, tummy time and jungle gym time woven in.
