My youngest is a contact napper with 2 hour wake windows 9:30-12 is play time. Some independent play, some coloring, some bubbles, etc 12-1 is lunch My older 2 both nap 1-3 p.m. Screen time 3pm-4 p.m. My kids are pretty simple
