My work schedule is very irregular. Some weeks we may need more care than others. I'm happy to go in depth how my schedule works better if it's something that you think would work for you. If at the very least, we are still looking for a baby sitter that we would need for events, date nights, etc. :) we just have one little babe- born December 2024
