About the job

We are seeking a reliable, patient, and compassionate caregiver to provide summer and after-school care for our two autistic children. The ideal candidate will have experience working with autistic children and feel confident supporting their needs in both structured and flexible environments. Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, supporting progress toward developmental and behavioral goals, helping with homework, and participating in fun and meaningful community outings. A love for animals is a plus, as we do have pets in the home. This position is paid through our disability services and support organization, and the caregiver would be hired as an independent contractor. Required training and onboarding will be provided through the organization as part of the hiring process.
