About the job

We are two dads with an amazing son. We're seeking an experienced nanny to support our 15-month-old who is currently in daycare and receiving early intervention services. This is not a traditional childcare role - instead, were looking for someone who can reinforce developmental activities (motor, speech, social-emotional) in our home during flexible hours. Our son is a joyful, curious toddler working on a few developmental delays. He is in PT for walking/crawling, OT for feeding, and is being evaluated for speech. He attends a regular daycare, so we are looking for someone to work a few hours during mornings or afternoons. We're flexible! While he's not been diagnosed with anything, we are looking for someone who has experience working with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder or GDD. We know early intervention is key!
