About the job

The 2 youngest will be out of school at 2 pm, and the oldest will be out at 3. I should arrive home no later than 6 p.m. The younger 2 should have plenty of outside time, even if that means homework doesn't get done until I am home. If homework is completed before I get home, reading and phonics should be a priority for the middle child. Screen time is fine, As long as the younger two have had adequate outside time and/or completed homework. The oldest is allowed 1 hour of decompression time, but must then complete homework and practice instrument.
