Hi there! I'm a local realtor and mom to a 4. 5-month-old daughter. While my work hours are flexible, I'm looking for a reliable, nurturing nanny to help out a few days a week so I can focus on work and errands. What we're looking for: An ideal day would begin around 8:00 a.m. at our home in South Springfield, caring for our daughter throughout the day. Responsibilities include feeding, diapering, and following her nap schedule. She's on a consistent routine, and we're looking for someone who's comfortable following and supporting that. Bonus tasks (if time allows): Light tidying around the house Letting out our friendly Cavapoo Were hoping to find someone warm, dependable, and experienced with infants who will feel like part of the family.
