About the job

I am looking for a care giver for my three wonderful elementary aged children. They are very easy to manage and I am actually hoping to hire someone who can run a full day for them. That would include, spending time in the mornings doing a quiet hands on activity like painting or legos- or even theory. Also, I am hoping for their care giver to spend at least 30 minutes out side with them. Afterwards prepare a light snack of fruit or vegetables with a light protein. Next I am hoping for them to be able to come inside and be entertained either by playing games together or by singing songs or what ever pre-approved activities you might suggest. I am open to suggestions and I realize I have room for improvement. I do let my children watch tv but minimally Im fine with them watching a bit of tv at the end of the day just before I arrive.
