About the job

We are looking for an in-home nanny starting at the end of June, for our son who will be 4 months old at that time. Experience with babies under 6 months preferred; pay negotiable based on experience. Daily duties include playing with the baby, feeding, changing, putting down for naps, as well as light cleanup of items and areas used during the day. We would describe our philosophy as Montessori adjacent, meaning we value play and independence. We value multiculturalism and are LGBTQ+ affirming. We are located in the Waldo neighborhood of Kansas City. Our child doesn't have any special needs, and we don't have any pets.
