About the job

I'm looking to get some help taking care of an infant starting when they turn 12 weeks old. I work from home remotely from 8 to 5, while my husband and adult housemate both have flexible schedules but typically have appointments over the lunch hour. We are still figuring out our schedules, but currently we're thinking we need an extra set of hands a couple of days a week between 10 and 2 p.m. I'm trying to get a sense of what the going rate is in the north metro and what is included.
